All free use items must be left at the caravan after your holiday, they are for all our guests to enjoy time and time again. All free use items are washed, cleaned & sanitised during every change over clean!
Terms and Conditions
On booking any stay at Mouses Happy Holiday Home you agree to adhere to all Golden Anchor Park Rules and all of the caravan owners rules.
You agree that you and every member of your holiday party will always be respectful and responsible during your stay on the park & in our home from home.
You agree that all items belonging to the us and the caravan for your use will be handled respectfully, looked after and returned to where you found them upon you checking out.
You agree to unplug our security cameras on your arrival & plug them back in on your departure and you will always leave the caravan safe and secure when you are out.
You agree all members of your party need to refrain from smoking indoors and you agree to be a good neighbour to our neighbours by not causing a nuisance and adhering to all park rules and regulations. Although it is your holiday so you must have fun... Just good fun.
You agree to pay the £50.00 booking deposit for your holiday up front. A brakerage deposit of £100.00 is added to your balance & refunded after your holiday has come to an end after the exit clean and inspection takes place. Usually the next day.
You agree the cost of the holiday and any extras plus the BD, need to be paid in full at least 2 weeks prior to your booked arrival date. Or you risk losing your booked dates and your booking deposit (obviously this only applies to legnthy pre-bookers). Bookings made for holidays starting within 2 weeks need paying for upfront in full with a seperate transaction of £50.00 for the deposit.
You agree to supply full contact details and agree to receive emails and or messages regarding your booking and our holiday home.
We agree that no personal details will be passed on to any other person or organisation and we will do our utmost to ensure your holiday with us is a fantastic one.

Payments for online bookings are made through bank transfer or paypal friends & family... Message if you require to pay cash on arrival as this may be possible depending on my location circumstances.
Always use your booking name and the word Deposit as the reference for deposit only payments as the payment reference...
For part or full holiday cost payments, always use your booking name and the 1st date of your holiday as the payment reference...
Your booking deposit payment should arrive on the day of booking...
The breakage deposit is returned after your stay, when damage checks are complete!
