Your guide to a happy holiday at The Mouses
Welcome to The Mouses Happy Holiday Home! We're thrilled to have you. Here's everything you need to know to make your stay in Chapel St Leonards, Skegness, as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. From packing tips to departure details, we've got you covered.

Before you pack your bags
To make your holiday less expensive and more fun, we supply a good selection of games and indoor and outdoor toys. There's no need to buy those five-minute wonders to keep the kids happy when it's already cost you a pretty penny before you've even left home! Many of the items we supply can be found in local shops if you wish to purchase them for after your holiday. It's these little touches that show we care and help us stand out from the rest.
If you plan on using the sofa bed in the living room, please note you will need to supply your own pillows and bedding for it. We only supply clean, washed pillows and cases, and coverless 10.5 tog duvets for the single and double beds in the bedrooms. Extra costs apply for the sofabed bottom sheet, covered pillows & double duvet
Clean hand towels for the WCs and kitchen tea towel's are supplied, but you will need to bring your own bath towels.
For your furry friends, we provide clean sanitized dog bowls and a wire lead with a ground anchor for pets up to 120kg (untested) so they can enjoy their holiday too! Please remember that pets are charged as extras due to the additional cleaning costs.

Your arrival and settling in
A mapped route to the caravan from The Golden Anchor Holiday Park site entrance will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. If we're not there to greet you ourselves, you will be provided with the key lock combination to retrieve the key, allowing you to begin your holiday as soon as you arrive.

During your stay: rules and respect
The Golden Anchor Site Rules can be seen on this website, and a copy will also be left in the caravan for your reference. All site rules must be adhered to at all times to ensure everyone has a pleasant stay.
Please remember, we are a private holiday let, not a business, and our home is aimed at respectful, well-behaved families and couples. We are not for the noisy, boystrous, disruptive party-goer groups unfortunately, sorry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment.
Thank you.

Checking out and farewell
Your brakerage deposit of £100 will be returned to you in full after the exit clean and inspection is complete, usually the day after your departure. Deductions can be made from the deposit for damages, but if all is well, it will be fully refunded.
Before you leave, please write in our guest book and share any comments or suggestions you have about your stay.
On exit, please place all used towels in the sink or shower areas and take any of your rubbish to the park bins. Ensure all windows are closed and locked, and the heating is off. Please plug in the security cameras that you will have unplugged at the start of your holiday. Then, simply lock all doors and pop the key back into the key safe and lock it up, if were not around.
We wish you a safe and pleasant journey home and truly hope to see you next year!
